A property management company in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to join their service team. The ideal candidate will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in. Candidates should have strong plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills and a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service is essential, and prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

This role includes a competitive starting hourly rate and requires participation in an on-call schedule.
