As an industry leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor since 1985, Enviro Vantage, Inc is looking to add to our incredible team. Servicing projects Nationwide, and across the Caribbean, Enviro Vantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper Hazardous materials handling and Demolition.
Essential Functions- Execute specific demolition/abatement tasks as instructed
- Clean and prepare project sites
- Work off ladders, lifts or scaffolding and with mechanical equipment as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Focused on SAFETY at all times
- Minimum of 1 year construction experience OR technical & trade school, community college coursework in construction, demolition, or environmental services required
- OSHA 10 or higher construction training preferred;
If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire - Experience with construction hand tools required
- Experience working outside during all seasons and in all-weather required
- Able to pass pre-employment post-offer physical
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, hardworking and motivated
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are an essential job function
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution and toxic atmospheres
- Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA-required medical surveillance programs as necessary
- Ability to pick up construction debris and able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders
- Regularly required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Compensation- Compensation Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
- Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire. - Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year
- Sick Time: 56 hours per year
- Paid Holidays: 8 company-paid holidays per year
