HVAC​/R Technicians

Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC / R Technician, you will be responsible for :

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC / R issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing routine maintenance checks and servicing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC / R needs and solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC / R preferred.
• Valid HVAC / R license (as required by state regulations).
• Proven experience as an HVAC / R Technician (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC / R systems and components.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
