We are looking for part time and full time maintenance technicians to start immediately near the following locations:
Charlotte, NC
Washington D.C.
Philadelphia, PA
Reliable Precision Alignment (RPA) is a veteran-owned material handling repair company that works across the U.S.
In this role, you will be assembling, decommissioning, and repairing conveyor systems and facilities/base building assets in large distribution warehouses (i.e. Amazon Warehouses). Working hours vary based on the workload, but due to the nature of the business, work could be throughout the night, on weekends, and anywhere from one day to a couple weeks long. This is a physically demanding position with up to 90% travel across the U.S. Previous maintenance and/or construction experience is recommended, but not required.
Compensation for maintenance technicians is between $40-$60 an hour, plus overtime. Pay is based on level of experience and tenure in the field. Full time employees receive health insurance and optional contributions into a 401(k). Part time employees do not receive health insurance but can opt in for contributions into a 401(k).
