A reputable Building Automation Systems (BAS) integrator is seeking an experienced
Controls Service Technician to support service and maintenance operations throughout the Baltimore and Washington, DC metro area. This role offers competitive hourly pay,overtime eligibility, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Title: Controls Service Technician
• Location: Baltimore, MD
• Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $50.00 (DOE)
• Bonus: Annual company performance bonus
• Overtime: Eligible (most workweeks average around 40 hours)

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service on BAS systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty components and resolve system issues.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and verify proper equipment operation.
• Monitor, fine-tune, and adjust BAS remotely to enhance system efficiency.
• Partner with installation teams during equipment start-up and commissioning.
• Create and update automation data, controls drawings, and project submittals.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, building owners, and facility stakeholders.
• Train end users on system operation and provide on-site technical support.
• Prepare service documentation, work orders, and detailed reports.

• Experience as a Controls Technician, Service Technician, Application Engineer, or similar BAS role.
• Hands-on experience with controls platforms such as JCI Facility Explorer, Tridium Niagara, Metasys, Honeywell, or Trane Tracer.
• Ability to program, edit, or modify Tridium front-end applications and graphics.
• Strong understanding of commissioning procedures and point-to-point testing.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
