We are seeking a Mid-Size Mechanic to work out of our shop in Annapolis Junction, MD.

• Work on mid-size construction equipment using small tools, gasoline-driven tools, diesel-driven tools, weld machines, generators, and air compressors.
• Diagnose issues with diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Keep detailed records of work done and parts used.
• Ensure equipment is job-ready every day.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform minimal travel and weekends.

• 1‑3+ years of mechanical experience and aptitude in construction equipment.
• Knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
• Basic hand tools proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work.

Expected base pay range: $28.00/hr – $34.00/hr.
