Sign-on Bonus:

• $1500 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
• $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
• $5000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Your Role as a Residential HVAC Technician

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction
• Work with professional tools and a supportive leadership team

This is a full-time, year round HVAC Service position with consistent work and high earning potential.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residentialHVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
