Position: Industrial Pipefitter
Location: Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed, and some occasional Saturday's
Compensation: $32-$36 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Pipefitter to join our Baltimore team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems, ensuring all work meets specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble piping systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools and power tools.
- Weld pipes using techniques such as FCAW and soldering.
- Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain and repair existing piping systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role.
- Proficient in basic math calculations.
- Strong knowledge of pipe fitting techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to commute to Baltimore, MD 21201.
