We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade. You will receive hands‑on training while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive learning environment.

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Learn proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Support technicians with daily tasks and job preparation

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
