HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, General Labor
This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Facilities Director and Maintenance management.
Tasks that will be completed include:
- Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department’s management.
- Experience with both HVAC and Refrigeration rack system troubleshooting.
- 5-10 years in a Maintenance HVAC /Refrigeration Field.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Universal EPA Certification
- Valid Journeyman license
- Experience with Metasys energy management a plus.
$40.00 to $45.00 Per Hour
