Are you an experienced plumber looking for a dynamic opportunity with a growing plumbing company? We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and deliver top-notch service to both residential and commercial clients. As an experienced plumber, you'll be handling a range of plumbing services, including but not limited to water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages, sewer line replacements, and general plumbing repairs.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, the ability to make independent decisions, and a commitment to taking ownership of their work. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also enthusiastic about the plumbing trade!

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Inspect plumbing systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Document issues encountered and actions taken during repairs.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both residential and commercial applications.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing components such as joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, and more.
• Review blueprints, plans, and work orders to determine the scope of work and sequence of tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems as required.
• Demonstrate expertise with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Stay informed on plumbing codes and regulations.
• Understand the mechanical operation of key plumbing components, including pumps, boilers, and water heaters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing services.
• Strong knowledge of current plumbing regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to install, repair, and maintain various types of plumbing systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate a variety of work situations.
• Physical ability to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Pay:

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Day shifts available

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Location:

• Baltimore, MD (Relocation required prior to start)
