, and our talented team is looking for a full-time Installation/Service Department Assistant to support our field technicians and office team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly. Join us in Halethorpe, MD

- Assist the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Service Departments with scheduling, job preparation, and follow-ups
- Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or service related industries is a plus (but not required)
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have materials, tools, and information for each job
- Apply for permits and schedule inspection with customer and local county as required
- Track service tickets, warranties, and installation documentation
- Support customer communication, including scheduling and confirming appointments
- Maintain department records and assist with inventory/parts ordering as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or service-related industries is a plus (but not required)
