We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service technician in Baltimore, MD. Pay rate is BOE: $26+ BOE. Se habla Espa f1ol!

• Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal).
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver s license with clean record
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Experience with and ability to perform work on government installations
• Experience working with a tablet (training available)
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60 ft and being on a roof
• Perform work to manufacturer s specifications with close attention to safety
