Commercial​/Industrial HVAC Service Technician; Baltimore, MD

The McClure Company is searching for an HVAC Service Technician. This position will perform a variety of service related duties. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including RTUs, boilers, and chillers. Perform approved repairs. Build rapport with customers for ongoing maintenance accounts.

• Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipment
• Troubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systems
• Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility
• Facilitate adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers

• Demonstrate good leadership and communications to all
• Provide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as needed
• Interface with customers at all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming projects

• Other duties as assigned

• 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC field experience
• Understanding of Building Management systems
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Desire to work in fast paced, multi-faceted and diverse role
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with various departments of the company
• Strong customer advocacy
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Energetic with a high sense of urgency
• Refrigeration experience not required but encouraged

Pay range for this position is $23.89 - $47.78 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits. Final hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, & experience.

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday.
