DAY IN THE LIFE
You can expect an average day to include:
- Waking early to prepare for the day
- Arriving on time at the office to help your team prepare for the day's tasks
- Getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need
- Delivering a highly professional and quality, profitable installation of an HVAC system
- Collecting payment from the customer
WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Customer service is paramount; we care enough to present options for our customers.
JOB DUTIES
- Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
- Proper installation of clients' HVAC systems
- Improve craftsmanship continually
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
- Maintain a neat work area
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces
- Capability of lifting and carrying 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Natural or corrected vision for close, distance, and peripheral vision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
