Michael & Son is looking for driven, self-motivated individuals with at least 4 years of experience and the required licensing qualifications to join our growing team.

Each day will be a unique and rewarding opportunity as you interact with customers’ troubleshooting equipment and provide plumbing solutions. You’ll solve problems, build lifelong connections, and enjoy the potential to earn $100K to $175K a year with no ceiling.

• Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with the public
• State‑issued Journeyman or Master license required
• High level of motivation and strong work ethic
• Sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre‑employment drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
