Security Officer - Driver Patrol Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the property, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or property damage.;
Monitor access points and observe building activity, responding to alarms, suspicious conditions, and/or service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalating concerns per post orders.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, including notifications to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.;
Assist with security-related incident response such as medical calls, fire panel activations, and/or tenant disturbances by coordinating with onsite personnel and public responders and following site procedures.
