Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with sign-in procedures as directed, and help to maintain authorized entry and exit;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate significant activity to the next shift, and assist with property rules enforcement as directed by site policy
