Security Officer - Tech Screener Part-Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct entry screening at designated checkpoints, including monitoring walk-through screening equipment, performing bag and package inspections, and verifying credentials per site policy.;
Control access to restricted areas by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in logs, and coordinating with site contacts for approvals.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
