Position Details:

• Shift: Part Time (Friday & Saturday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am)
• Location:
  
  Baltimore, Md. (Downtown Baltimore Area)
• Pay rate: $18.25 per hour
• Must have or be able to obtain Maryland Security Certification license.
• Must have a valid driver's license without points or violations.

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
• Interact with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including amphetamines, methamphetamines, cocaine, marijuana/THC, phencyclidine and opiates).
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site‑specific security programs.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience or one year of military, concierge experience, or an AA or BA in a related field.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard card.

This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. It requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods.
