• Site locations:
  Baltimore City, MD and White Marsh, MD
• Schedule:
  
  on‑call hours, weekends and holidays, minimum 16 hours every two weeks, flexible schedule, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.85 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt to any work environment
• Security license or ability to obtain one
• At least 1 year of security experience
• 21 years of age or older
• Active wear‑and‑carry license

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
