Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. This role requires adaptability and agility, with responsibilities ranging from customer service, patrols, or surveillance depending on the day and special event.

• Set schedule: on‑call hours, must be available weekends/holidays, minimum 16 hours every two weeks, flexible schedule, willing to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00/hr (Daily Pay available for employees).

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Security, military, law enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to adapt to any work environment.
• Security license or ability to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
