• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve success standards in the program
• Adhere to employer’s employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction-free environment

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Experience in a customer-facing role requiring full attention and a distraction-free environment
