JOB SUMMARYAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive new business development by selling temporary staffing solutions to employers across a variety of industries. This business-to-business (B2B) role focuses on presenting skilled administrative, custodial and light industrial talent to prospective clients, to help organizations meet workforce demands quickly and efficiently. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and delivering customized staffing solutions that align with customer needs.
ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong business relationships with business owners, by cold calling small to medium-sized businesses
- Foster relationships with key decision-makers in both current and potential customer bases.
- Initiate and oversee quotes / contracts between customers and TSS serving as the primary point of contact for any issues, concerns, or opportunities.
- Enter 30 cold calls a day into Breezy Leads CRM.
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Maintain accurate and timely information in the Breezy sales management database
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present temporary staffing services
- Identify client workforce needs and provide consultive staffing solutions
- Support recruiting efforts for administrative and custodial positions as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE- Preferably a college degree with prior experience in outside sales.
- Prior experience supporting staffing and/or employment agency is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A successful candidate will have proven success in outside sales or territory management within a B2B environment. Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, recruitment, and direct sales strategies. - Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Compassion and respect for people with special needs and the ability to earn their confidence
Lifting to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Regularly required to talk and hear. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to hold, handle and feel objects, knobs, keys and/or buttons.
WORK ENVIRONMENTGeneral office environment. The noise level is usually quiet.
