Position Summary:The Transportation Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and revenue growth within the region. This role focuses on securing volume LTL and/or TL freight opportunities while leveraging the company’s full suite of logistics capabilities to create comprehensive customer solutions.
This is a high-impact, growth-oriented position offering strong earning potential and long-term career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting LTL and TL freight opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and supply chain decision-makers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across warehousing, brokerage, consolidation, and fulfillment services
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM pipeline activity and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Minimum 5 years of current or recent experience selling volume LTL and/or TL transportation services
- Proven track record of generating new revenue in this market
- Established relationships with regional shippers preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to sell value-added logistics solutions beyond core transportation
