As a Home Services Inspector, you will understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. You will perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solve problems, and build trusted relationships by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.

No experience required – training provided.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Considered for employment in a manner consistent with federal, state, and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
