Account Executive

Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a commercial services organization that is in need of an Account Executive to join their growing team. This unique position will require a versatile candidate who can effectively generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify potential customers.
• Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage with prospects.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing relevant information and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the uniform rental industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
