Position: Account Executive

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay: $75,/year + uncapped commission

Experience:

• 3 years of sales experience required.
• Experience selling services to small to medium-sized businesses.
• Previous B2B experience.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hire One Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales and business development activities.
• Sell staffing and workforce solutions to new and existing clients.
• Lead discovery meetings to identify client needs and pain points.
• Present and propose customized solutions aligned with client goals.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize short- and long-term value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and sales forecasts.
• Educate clients and prospects on services and solutions.

• Staffing or property management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent phone-based sales skills with a sense of urgency.
• Strong business judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Effective time management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Openness to real-time feedback and continuous improvement.
