  • Total Target Compensation up to $202,920, with 80% as base salary and 20% as variable pay

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to position service or solution offerings delivered by the employer
  • Collaborate with account managers and other departments to close business opportunities
  • Work on assigned accounts or opportunities through the win strategy process
  • Deliver top line orders and coordinate resources necessary for closing sales
  • Support customers in various industries including automotive, food & beverage, and life sciences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to customer locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong understanding of process controls and automation solutions
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in engineering solutions and contract services
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling engineering solutions, projects, and contract services
  • Industry experience in Power and Coordinated Automation
  • Previous experience in Process Automation in Chemical, Energy, or Life Sciences sectors
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other technical field strongly preferred
  • Experience proposing and closing sales to achieve assigned territory revenue
