Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Residential Sales Manager. Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors, ensuring top-quality HVAC solutions across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

The Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise is tasked with overseeing a specific area within a market. This role requires an experienced sales professional who excels at fostering customer relationships and meeting their needs. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to surpass sales objectives (Salary range $115,000-$135,000).

• Executes and monitor sales programs as provided by market leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships within your assigned market, aiding your sales team in growing customer accounts.
• Guide the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the area.
• Serve as a mentor and motivator for Account Managers, inspiring them to achieve their sales goals.
• Proactively address customer complaints and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
• Monitor and report on the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) within your team.
• Accountable for driving the adoption and usage of multiple digital platforms.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

• Strong ability to drive revenue, and business growth.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Prior management/supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, preferred or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
