Territory Sales Rep - Building Products

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to expand sales within Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia territory.

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Surpass sales targets and secure new accounts within the designated territory.
• Strategically plan and conduct field sales calls to optimize territory coverage.
• Engage in face-to-face customer visits to foster relationships and present product offerings.
• Create quotes and ensure timely follow-up to fulfill customer requirements.

• Essential experience in building materials.
• Minimum of 3 years in outside sales, with a preference for 5 years.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Demonstrated success as a proactive sales 'hunter'.
• Willingness to travel within the territory 3 days a week, including 2 overnight stays.

• Uncapped commission on all sales, including new and existing accounts.
