Account Executive

Overview

Chesapeake Search Partners has been engaged by a private lending firm specializing in real estate investment financing. They provide fast, flexible, and reliable lending solutions to real estate investors, developers, and builders. The firm prides itself on deep market expertise, a personalized approach, and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their investment goals. They are seeking an experienced Account Executives to originate, structure, and close private lending transactions while building long-term relationships with real estate investors and broker partners.

• Originate and close private lending deals across multiple product types
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of investor and broker relationships
• Analyze deals and structure financing solutions aligned with borrower goals
• Manage transactions from initial inquiry through funding
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management in CRM
• Meet or exceed production and revenue targets
• Represent firm at industry events and networking functions
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations for smooth, timely closings
• Deliver a high-touch borrower experience that drives repeat and referral business

• 2+ years of private or hard money lending experience (required)
• Proven success in loan origination, sales, or business development
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment strategies (fix & flip, DSCR, rental, bridge)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong analytical skills and deal structuring ability
• CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates
