As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you are part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. We empower customers to express themselves through hair, and we seek passionate and talented people to help make that happen.

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey. Sally Beauty will provide training to build knowledge; bring your passion and personality—we will handle the rest.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
