• Present customized solutions and close sales in a one-call close environment
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets and company expectations
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement, HVAC, solar, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability
• Reliable transportation and a professional appearance

• Pre-set, qualified leads - no cold calling!
• High earning potential with uncapped commissions ($130,000-$225,000)
