As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to take the lead in developing our presence in the Maryland market. This position is considered remote, but you will be responsible for travel throughout the Maryland market.

- Manage and grow sales within the assigned Maryland territory
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on‑time delivery
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently
- Familiarity with millwork, doors, or windows is a strong advantage
