Join our mission as the Senior Public Sector Partner Manager will build and scale the US Public Sector channel organization, drive new revenue through strategic co‑sell, and become the subject matter expert on the federal, state, and local marketplace.
Responsibilities- Leverage experience to start and scale the US Public Sector channel organization from the ground up.
- Rapidly recruit, onboard, and enable core public sector partners, including SIs and VARs.
- Manage and optimize the public sector aggregator model for efficient transaction flow.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive joint co‑sell and co‑marketing opportunities to build new pipeline.
- Align with the JFrog Public Sector Sales organization to foster strategic relationships and initiate channel coverage across large named accounts.
- Act as the subject matter expert on the Federal/Public Sector marketplace, including FAR and contractual teaming structures.
- At least 5‑7 years of verifiable experience in channel management or sales focused on creating or scaling a U.S. Public Sector channel.
- Deep knowledge of the Federal, State, and Local (SLED) government market, major SIs, VARs, and contracting processes.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, define clear processes, and transform strategic vision into revenue‑generating programs.
- Strong sales background with demonstrated ability to engage sales teams, navigate complex opportunities, and drive influence across organizations.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage, prioritize, and make progress on multiple foundational work streams simultaneously.
- Base salary range: $175,000 – $210,000, plus discretionary bonuses or commission.
- Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU); eligibility to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
