Position: Business Development Executive (Hyrbid)

Overview

The Business Development Executive collaborates with leadership to strategize sales efforts, messaging, and pipeline development and management. This role must be able to meet sales KPIs developed to ensure that the team is growing new business across our entire franchise system.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, generating proposals, effectively overcoming objections and closing business
  • Strong experience in prospecting through phone calls, email, Linked In, and F2F meetings in pursuit of generating net-new business opportunities
  • Level up competencies and expertise in outbound lead generation and prospecting
  • Use value-led sales approach to build relationships, engage prospects, and grow our business with current clients
  • Engage in meaningful discussion with high-level executives, ask thoughtful discovery questions, introduce services while identifying other possible unique solutions, and handle objections as needed
  • Willingness to take on any responsibilities required to get business over the finish line
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in our CRM and Sales Engagement platforms
  • Reconcile portfolios in Invoicing & Collections inquiries and issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outbound B2B Sales Development experience or comparable sales experience
  • Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts
  • Positive attitude and an appetite for raising the bar in the way you approach sales and closing deals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
  • Coachable, collaborative, and curious
  • Desire to continually develop and grow their skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Efficient, highly organized, and innovative
  • Comfortable/capable of working autonomously and asynchronously
