About the Company
Our client, a growing automation/manufacturing company in Northeast Baltimore is looking for a Sales Leader that has strong experience with leading/managing a sales team, selling capital equipment, CRMs/KPIs/Sales analytics, etc.
Position OverviewResponsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals, and fostering long-term client relationships. This individual will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team while collaborating closely with senior management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in capital equipment sales, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications(Not all required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including extensive capital equipment sales expertise
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Year 1:
Potential for $180k to $200k+ total compensation (salary + bonus/commissions) - Year 2-3:
Potential for $250k+ total compensation (salary + bonus/commissions) - Relocation assistance
