Job Summary:

The Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise is tasked with overseeing a specific area within a market. This role requires an experienced sales professional who excels at fostering customer relationships and meeting their needs. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to surpass sales objectives (Salary range $115,000-$135,000)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes and monitor sales programs as provided by market leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships within your assigned market, aiding your sales team in growing customer accounts.
  • Guide the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the area.
  • Serve as a mentor and motivator for Account Managers, inspiring them to achieve their sales goals.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) within your team.
  • Accountable for driving the adoption and usage of multiple digital platforms.

Other duties
:
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong ability to drive revenue, and business growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Prior management/supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, preferred or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
