Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years working at the top of the industry with celebrities and brands.
You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business.
The Freelance Makeup Artist role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional experience and service.
This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
- Support open communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
- Ensure the counter is ready from open to close.
- Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
- Assist in executing events.
- Communicate with the Brand field team about counter needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submit timesheets accurately.
