Responsibilities
- Increase sales within the existing account base and grow the base by finding several new viable accounts each year
- Reestablish customer relationships
- Call on Mechanical Contractors and Service Plumbers
- Sell focus products and support high-level vendors
- Assist with training Sales and Management Trainees
- Understanding buying dynamics: single purchasing agents vs. project manager buyers
- Determining profit margin
- Negotiating job "buy outs" with vendors
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products and their applications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Wholesale to plumbing and mechanical contractors
