Team for an entry-level sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new potential borrowers
- Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors
- Respond to and qualify incoming capital inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team
- Build a network in the real estate investment industry
- Sales focused with a competitive and driven personality
- Effective communicator and relationship networker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of work experience is a plus
- $45k base salary plus commissions ($45-70k+ year
