Responsibilities
- Not Less than 10 Client Appointments per Week
- Net New Client pipeline and forecasting
- Document and Maintain CRM
Core Focus: Grow revenue with Net New Clients. Establish a pipeline of customers across all FOT products and services. BDE will deliver new business and hand-off to Client Care Coordinators to manage the business relationship.
- New Business Development and Delivery: Generate leads, create activities for new client appointments and closed sales.
- Consulting &
Collaboration:
Acting as a consultant to client to educate, address pain points, and deliver solutions, using FOT prescribed products and services. Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver solutions. - Sales Cycle Leadership (Lead to Order): Handling quotes, proposals, walk-throughs, order presentation, and delivery
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining client communications, pipeline, and forecast using the CRM tool.
