Overview
Vision Technologies is a full‑service IT/IP integrations company serving commercial enterprise and public sector clients. Solutions include network infrastructure, audio‑visual systems, electronic security, wireless, and managed services. This role is a sales executive focused on selling integrated technology solutions (Structured Cabling, Audio‑Visual, Access Control, IP Camera Systems, DAS, Wi‑Fi) to federal and SLED customers and hunting new opportunities nationally for IT Managed Services.
Responsibilities- Increase market share by selling Vision Technologies and OEM‑integrated products and services to new and existing federal customers.
- Support the federal business vertical to ensure budgeted revenues are met.
- Represent all Vision IP/IT solutions in all customer interactions and presentations.
- Develop a business plan and strategy to target and secure new customers.
- Create account plans and participate in account strategy meetings for existing customers.
- Partner with Capture Management and Proposal team for competitive solicitations, leading technical development, pricing, and written narratives.
- Manage handoff and kickoff meetings with the internal delivery team.
- Partner with OEMs to collect market research on upcoming technology trends that impact the federal industry, maintaining understanding of existing and prospective account bases and gaps.
- Experience presenting and selling Access Control, IP, CCTV solutions, Structured Cabling, Audio‑Visual, Wi‑Fi, DAS, pLTE, IT Managed Services, or other building automation solutions in the federal and SLED markets.
- Ability to generate meetings with C‑Level decision‑makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned quota and creating new customers.
- Ability to deliver year‑over‑year growth in number of customers and annual revenues.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Must be a “hunter” with ability to generate new customers/logos.
- Preferred: ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
$100,000–$140,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
