Role Description
This is a full‑time remote role for an Account Manager based in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing established client accounts, developing and maintaining new long‑term relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for growth within the account, facilitate client onboarding, and coordinate with the project team to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Qualifications
- Must live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
- 2+ years of Cloud sales experience, preferably AWS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client account management and customer service
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
- Understanding of AI, ML, Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Application Development
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
- Experience in the technology or cloud services industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
