My client is a well known HVAC mechanical contractor who is actively an HVAC Mechanical Service Sales type to cover the Harrisburg area. Your functions as an Account Executive:

• Increase and maintain profitable sales by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and overcome objections through the appropriate application of the sales process and company products and services.
• Create targeted and effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner. Aggressively manage proposals to close sales.
• Survey mechanical systems and interpret drawings, equipment and job conditions.
• Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company-approved pricing standards.
• Increase existing customer maintenance coverage and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction.
