Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management. The Account Manager will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.

Business development, communication, and relationship management are central to this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and addressing customer needs
  • Skills in sales strategy development, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, real-time technologies, or technical sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person and remote responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
