Position offers the possibility of being remote after a 90-day training period.

• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
• No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email and call pre-qualified salespeople for interviews
• Experience in building a sales team would be of value

• Great phone voice and attitude
• Works well independently and is a great team member
• Strong work ethic and great money motivation

$100,000+ total salary, commission, and bonus
