Eve Hamper Agency-State Farm is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Account Associate Representative Team Member. This position is with Eve Hamper Agency as an independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs and pass a background check.

• Have your MD Property/Casualty License and your own transportation
• Prior State Farm sales and service experience preferred
• Servicing customers’ needs
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Dedicated to customer service
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi‑task and effectively relate to a customer
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, take payments.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
• Set sales goals in line with the team to achieve monthly benchmarks.

• 30,000 – 45,000 USD with eligible bonus
