Facilites Associate

Job Summary

The Facilities Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a retail branch location. The Facilities Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals by performing daily janitorial and building upkeep tasks. By ensuring the branch is consistently clean and well‑maintained, the Facilities Associate supports a positive customer experience while aligning with the operational goals of our store teams.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment
• Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves
• Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles
• Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch
• Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance
• Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep
• Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

• Demonstrated knowledge of our business model and a strong work ethic
• Basic customer service skills and ability to function well with coworkers
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think critically
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Business Proficiency in English is required
